1. Why is my design slow to generate or showing an error?
This can happen for two reasons:
Network Issues: A slow or unstable internet connection may interrupt the process. Please check your connection and try again.
High Server Load: During peak times, design generation may be delayed. Please wait a moment and try again
2. Why did my photo upload fail?
Your photo may not meet the minimum size requirement.
Please upload an image of at least 512 × 512 pixels.
Low-resolution or corrupted files may also cause issues.
3. Why is my design blurry or low quality?
Our system supports images up to 1024 × 1024 pixels. To get the best results:
Use a clear, high-resolution photo with good lighting.
Avoid blurry or dark images.
Make sure key areas are visible and in focus.
4. How can I get better design results?
To improve output quality:
Use well-lit, sharp photos taken from a front-facing angle.
Ensure the entire space you want to redesign is captured in the frame.
5. Are my photos stored or shared?
No. Your photos are processed locally or securely on our servers and are not stored or shared after use.
We do not access or retain your personal content. You remain in control of your data at all times.
